What certification does Isra have?
Certified by the International Fitness Association (IFA) as a Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor in 2026, with weight training, step and kickboxing. Isra has been a coach since 2005.
How does Isra work?
- Assessment: you start by telling Isra your goal, your level and the time you have.
- A plan made for you: with that information, Isra prepares your training plan.
- Live sessions: by Zoom or video call. Isra sees you, guides you and corrects your technique in the moment.
- Follow-up: the plan is adjusted to your progress. To measure your progress you can use the IsraFit Challenge test: push-ups, plank and squats on day 1 and in week 4.
