Online personal training by Zoom: how it works and who it is for

Training live with Isra Rivera by Zoom or video call: what you need, what a session is like, whether it works outside Puerto Rico and how to start.

IsraFit's online personal training is live sessions, in Spanish, by Zoom or video call, with Isra Rivera: a personal training coach in Puerto Rico since 2005, certified by the International Fitness Association (IFA) as a Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor. You can train with Isra from home, wherever you are.

Short answer: you train live with Isra by Zoom or video call, in Spanish and from anywhere. You start with an assessment, get a plan made for you and in every session Isra corrects your technique. All you need is internet and a phone or computer with a camera. You can start free with 2 guides; the technique guides cost $9 to $19 and you see the live training plans in your free account.

How does it work?

  1. Assessment: you start by telling Isra your goal, your level and the time you have.
  2. A plan made for you: with that information, Isra prepares your training plan.
  3. Live sessions: you train by Zoom or video call. Isra sees you, guides you and corrects your technique in the moment.
  4. Follow-up: the plan is adjusted to your progress, so you keep moving forward safely.

What do I need to train online?

  • Internet and a phone, tablet or computer with a camera.
  • Some space to move at home. If you have dumbbells or go to a gym, your plan makes use of them; if not, you train with your own body weight (like in this home workout with no equipment).
  • Comfortable clothes, water and the will to start.

Does it work if I do not live in Puerto Rico?

Yes. Since it is online, you can train from anywhere. Session times are arranged with Isra to fit your schedule. Sessions are in Spanish.

Who is it for?

For beginners who do not know where to start, for people getting back into training after a while and for experienced athletes who want a plan made for them. Everyone is different, so the plan adapts to your goals and your level.

Does it include nutrition?

Yes. Isra gives you practical eating and habit advice so your results last. To start, the free Food Guide teaches you how to build your plate and measure portions with your hand.

How much does it cost?

The digital guides cost $9 to $19 (all 4 for $39), with a single payment. To train online there are monthly memberships and one-payment programs. Create your free account in the IsraFit members area to see the plans and prices, or message Isra through the contact form and Isra will guide you.

How do I start?

  1. Create your free account and read the 2 guides: food and home workouts.
  2. Message Isra through the contact form on isra.fit.
  3. Arrange your assessment with Isra and start your plan.
