Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to IsraFit: the isra.fit website and the cuenta.isra.fit members area.

Your privacy matters

We are fully committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors and clients, and we respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. In line with applicable data protection laws, we do not disclose information about our clients to third parties, except when it is part of providing a service to you (for example, processing a payment), when the law requires it, or when you give us your express authorization.

What information we collect

• Your account: name, email and password. The password is stored encrypted so that no one, not even IsraFit, can read it.
• Your progress: the data you or your coach record in the members area, such as weight, measurements, date of birth, height, sex, activity level and calculator results.
• Contact form: name, phone (if you enter it), email, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Your review: If you write a review from your account, we keep your stars, your text, the service and your age if you add it. It only shows on isra.fit if you give us permission and we publish it, with your full name or with your first name and last initial, as you choose. Some reviews already shown on the page were published without a name, at those people’s request. We never publish your email. You can change or delete it from your account whenever you want.
• Payments: the amount, the date and what you paid for. IsraFit never sees or stores your credit card numbers.
• Technical data: the IP address and the date of visits, which we use only to protect accounts and stop abuse (for example, too many login attempts).
• Where you come from: if you open our gift page from a link on our social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok…), we count the visit to know which network works best. We only keep the number of visits, not who you are. If you then create your account, we note in it which network (and which post) you came from. If you arrive through a link an IsraFit member shared with you, we also note which member shared it.

How we use your information

To create and protect your account, give you access to what your membership includes, save your progress, answer your messages, confirm your payments and send you the emails the service needs (verifying your account, changing your password or payment notices).

Your consent

We will not sell your name, address, email, credit card information or any other personal information to third parties without your permission. By creating your account or sending us a message, you accept this Privacy Policy.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we need to operate, and only what is necessary: the hosting provider where the site lives and the service that processes each payment. Each one has its own privacy policy. The fonts and everything else on the site are served from our own server.

On isra.fit/redes, the photos are served from our server. Only when you press a post does the player of the social network where it was posted open, and it may use its own cookies under its privacy policy.

Communication and marketing

We will email you when it is part of the service. Also, if you leave the box "I want to get tips and offers from Isra by email" checked when you sign up, we will send you some tips and offers during your first weeks. Each of those emails has a link to unsubscribe, and you can also change it at any time in your account. We will not send you promotions if you do not leave that box checked.

Cookies

We use a single cookie, needed to keep you logged in to the members area. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may also remember simple preferences, such as your language or the last section you viewed.

Security

All communication is encrypted (https). Passwords are stored encrypted, repeated attempts are blocked and only IsraFit's administrators can see members' data.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have your account, or as long as needed to provide the service and comply with the law. You can ask us to delete your account and your data at any time.

Your rights

You can see and correct your data in the members area, and ask us for a copy or to delete it.

Minors

IsraFit is not intended for children under 13. Anyone under 18 needs permission from a parent or guardian to create an account.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
